Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: April 9, 2026
1. Resource Abuse and Malicious Activity
The CloudStore infrastructure must not be leveraged for any activity that compromises network integrity. Explicitly prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Hosting, distributing, or executing malicious code, ransomware, or command-and-control (C2) payloads.
- Deploying unauthorized cryptocurrency mining operations or distributed computing protocols (e.g., Folding@Home) that monopolize compute resources.
- Executing volumetric network attacks, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) campaigns.
2. Content Restrictions
The platform enforces a zero-tolerance policy against the storage or distribution of:
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Detection will result in immediate preservation of evidence, account termination, and referral to international authorities (e.g., Europol, NCMEC).
- Material that infringes upon third-party intellectual property rights (subject to the EU Copyright Directive and DMCA takedown procedures).
3. Enforcement Actions
CloudStore utilizes automated heuristics and network flow analysis to detect AUP violations. We reserve the right to sinkhole traffic, suspend API keys, or permanently terminate infrastructure without prior notice when a severe violation poses an immediate threat to the operational stability of the broader platform.
